General Information
All exhibitor fees include
a 6-foot skirted display table, two chairs,
and one electric outlet. A limited number of
spaces are available and will be sold on a
first-come, first-served basis. All
exhibitors must be pre-registered.
Additional people exhibiting at your booth
may register under the full registration
($450) or single day rates. AITC
State Contacts must register to guarantee an
exhibit
space.

Exhibit Times
-
Set-up: Exhibits may be set up June 23,
4:00-8:00 p.m., or June 24, 7:00-10:00
a.m.

Open: Exhibits will be
open Thursday, June 24, from 10:00 a.m.
to 7:30 p.m. and Friday, June 25 from
8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Note: the
silent auction is also located in the
Exhibit Hall and will remain open until
1:30 p.m. on Friday. The
conference breaks and
reception Thursday evening will be held
in the Exhibit Hall.

Removal: Exhibits may
be removed on Friday, June 25 following
the morning break (~10:30 a.m.) until
3:00 p.m, or in the evening from
8:00-10:00 p.m. The exhibit hall
will be locked between 3-8 pm while
attendees are on traveling workshops.
Anything remaining after that time
will be sent to the exhibitor's
location. The exhibitor will be
responsible for any shipping and storage
charges.
Shipments
All inbound freight should
be well marked with "NATIONAL AITC CONFERENCE - EXHIBIT
MATERIALS". Include your name and your
organization's name on all materials. Copying and shipping of
materials are the responsibility of the
exhibitor. Ship materials to arrive NO
MORE THAN THREE DAYS PRIOR to the conference

Outbound shipping may be
arranged through Federal Express.
Forms are available at the hotel Business
Center. There is also a shipping
center attached to the back corner of the
building. There are no hotel fees for
inbound or outbound shipments.
